Re: Making the forum functional
oh, wait. it doesn't work because google want to track me before showing the video and tracking is disabled in my browser. Guess no YouTube video for people with any bit of privacy.
One probably could just share YT link directly, and attach a preview image. If he's brave enough.
Not sure many ...

Re: Making the forum functional
What's the bbcode? Can you give an example of how to use it?
And do you mean for it to to display a video that's hosted on another site?
In your following-post I see a black square, was that supposed to show a video? If so, I just see a black square but no video shown or playing.
You may reply ...

Re: Perchance hacked?
I humbly believe I am stupid. I was using the perchance AI bot to assist me with coming up with a plan to hack my BIOS since my VRAM is hard set to 492MB (AMD). I had been going back and forth with a bot that I had "created" who

Re: attachment size limit and/or webp files
Well, I'm bumping a bit into 1M too, it requires additional work to fit in. So I'm voting to at least 2M
Not sure we need more than 3M, or it will relax people, who'll start to dump PNGs here.

Re: Perchance hacked?
After I posted this I did consider the fact that I asked an online AI chatbot why a command script showed up in my Powershell list of previously used commands. One that I wouldn't have a clue how to write, or how it got there might have gone off the rails into "play" zone. I wasn't "playing" but I ...

Re: Perchance hacked?
Oh, sorry, I can't really understand it is a fantasy story about AI, or a question?
If a question, may you please expose onionsite (onionbox4fgg...) from the URL where 'scp' mentioned?
Also, what is "Perchance AI Chat Bot"? Sorry for my ignorance - never used Perchance. Is it standalone software ...

Sample galleries
Hi!
It may be useful to do dedicated forum section, where artists can publish their sample works, to allow unregistered users to watch some teasers about what the forum is filled with, what could, in theory, attract more of users.

Works amazingly, thank you very much!76zzz29 wrote: Tue Mar 24, 2026 9:39 am I tried to add the reaction one (kinda like ATF with different possibilities) but got an error, so I changed it to a simpler "Like" button.

Re: Making the forum functional
is there a way you can add a simple like / thumbs-up type option to posts?
Here is a phpBB plugin for reactions which is under active development.
Here's another one which is abandoned but might still work. (Works with 3.3.14)
I would also like to make a suggestion: Multiquote is a feature ...

Re: Making the forum functional
Aside from some of the things already mentioned by others, is there a way you can add a simple like / thumbs-up type option to posts?
So in that way it's another form of engagement and to perhaps gage interest, and it would take up less size, space, help keep things less cluttered than making ...
