It may be useful to do dedicated forum section, where artists can publish their sample works, to allow unregistered users to watch some teasers about what the forum is filled with, what could, in theory, attract more of users.
Still I don't know how it corresponds with misc. regulation acts, because the board is clearnet one and should obey the laws.
Maybe there may be some restrictions, say, censorship on breasts and genitals, which should be pixelated. Don't know.
There also be useful to do some guideline gallery to the users in Rules section about which level of realism/nudity is allowed on AI works before they're starting to be considered CP. Because modern AI tools do the edge very narrow.
