I cant seem to upload any video files… it simply wont let me unless i convert them to GIF format which then makes the video file size larger (about 5-9MB) meaning i have to compress the hell out of it so i can upload it but then it’s unrecognizable…. And i cant select MP4 and MOV files. Is there a way around this?

As far as I know, there's no direct hosting a video file, though it may possibly be done by linking it to an off-site hosted video.
