Booru Need help

Well… turn out of all the weird servers I made with all kind of weird restriction. The Booru is the one that is giving me the most trouble.

Do anyone know how to set up a Debian, Apache, PHP, PostgreSQL, shimmie2 server ?
No mater what I do, I can't seem to be able to make it work. Can't seem to success in making the PostgreSQL work.

Update: thanks to the help of fibo it now work. Just some configuration left (to not let the entire internet access the R rated picture) before it can get online
